Hannah Husemann has been working as a research assistant in our law firm since 2012 and as a lawyer in the corporate law department since 2019. She advises, represents and drafts contracts for national and international clients. During her legal traineeship at Hogan Lovells LLP in Frankfurt am Main in the area of capital markets law and at GETEC Energie GmbH in Hanover, Ms Husemann gained in-depth economic understanding of companies from various perspectives. Ms Husemann draws on this specific experience in the interests of our clients in court representation and out-of-court advice. She is focused on result-oriented solutions and combines her passion for business relationships and entrepreneurial action with her understanding of legal issues.

  • Studied law at the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg until 2017
  • Legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Karlsruhe until 2019
  • Admitted to the bar 2019
  • Currently completing her doctorate under Prof Dr Hanno Merkt, Albert Ludwigs University Freiburg, in the area of corporate compliance
